Warehouse and Transportation Trainee

BACKGROUND AND ORGANIZATION:
Warehouse and Transportation Trainee will contribute to Logistic operation in Bel Vietnam. Being assistant and directly report to DC supervisor:
• He/she has ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and opportunity to gain strong knowledge and background about Warehouse and Transport when working in international Supply Chain area.
• He/she needs the ability to work with many stakeholders such as factories, supplier transport/ WH, Customer service, Marketing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Follow updates and manage label samples and labeling process with 2 suppliers for 4 countries: VN Sing Thai Cam, control stock, plan to order label.
• Verifies the monthly transport and WH report and preparation of the logistics monthly / weekly report.
• Synthesize information and build a Master data with correct data, full information record for transport operation.
• Help manage transport performance including reporting and review processes to maintain and improve fill rate, cost, and delivery performance.
• Assist the DC supervisor in activities related to data collection, report preparation and process development for the productivity, CSR, and other projects.
• Assist in a smooth running of the daily operations, which includes warehousing and transport.
• Run meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on Action Items
