Warehouse Cum Logistics Coordinator

a. Warehouse Duties (70%)
Manage inventory IN & OUT in the warehouse in actual and NAV system, complete Inventory reports.
Dispatch the shipment and send to other locations as confirmed by related departments.
Prepare necessary labels & tags for dealing products.
Receiving the parts & accessories, merchandise, checking the product label/tag details, notify teams for modification if incorrect.
Track and check support documents when shipments arrive.
Weekly count and inspect the stock and report if there are any losses or damages.
Follow safety requirements by local laws or the company, suggest and request Line Manager for any problems that may arise at warehouse.
b. Other duties (30%)
Oversee bike warehouse of company, in actual and in system.
Deliver the actual received P&A, merchandise, products of each brand and transfer to the system.
Coordinate with Managers of other departments (P&A, Merchandise, Motorcycles) smoothly.
Be responsible for all related documents, procedures, and process in receiving bike shipment on time and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to work with Vietnam Register for bike documents, bike testing at Vietnam Register and get the bike testing result from VR authority if required.
Receive the bike docs at Vietnam Register and send to HCM/ DN for monthly bike VAT invoice issuance.
Support the team to work with truckers, forwarders, and transportation services.
