Warehouse & EHS Specialist

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

- Manage EHS activities
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure smoothly whole procedure of inbound-outbound
+ Arrange document & goods accordingly to request
+ Ensure correct goods & docs related before doing inbound - outbound
+ Follow first in - first out system
+ Check & file all documents according to regulations.
+ Do labeling according to company regulations.
- Control stock in the warehouse:
+ Count, monitor & update daily Inventory report. Ensure correct stock between report & actual.
+ Responsible for material availability to avoid any shortage for production and sales.
- Manage goods in the warehouse: create warehouse diagram/layout, arrange goods according to the diagram/layout; update the diagram/layout if any re-arrangement; ensure goods are arranged neatly, reasonably, and in the right place.
- Operate forklifts for loading & unloading
- Check the status of all equipment in the warehouse such as forklifts truck, forklift fork, forklift ram,[protected info] cleanliness, put in the right place and promptly report if any problems for correction on time.
- Other tasks assigned by management.
- Manage EHS: All warehouse operations must ensure absolute compliance with the Company's operating procedures and Safety and Environmental Hygiene standards.
