Job Title: Warehouse & logistics Executive Department Operation

As an assistant warehouse & logistic Supervisor/ Procurement manager, you will support the Manager and team in managing procurement, logistics, and warehouse.
a. Key Responsibilities:

• What are the most frequent and most important essential work activities, teams, and outcomes they are responsible for?
Shipments and Deliveries (50%)
• Oversee the transportation of products from one location to another, such as warehouses or warehouses to end users.
• Arrange product pickups and deliveries with transportation companies and route drivers accordingly.
• Typically conduct a cost analysis of several transportation companies to select one that is cost-efficient and can handle the shipment loads.
Build Relationships with Vendors (10%)
• The logistics supervisor must communicate with sales forces and customers.
• They must ensure that all parties are working together to guarantee that shipments are packed, sent, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Contacting various transportation companies to get shipping quotes and deciding on the best carriers based on cost, availability, and reliability.
Maintain Warehouse Inventory (30%)
• Study client or customer needs and manage inventory based on these needs.
• Analyzing product orders to research the need for keeping certain items in stock.
• Coordinate with warehouses and relevant cross-functional teams to inspect returned items, determine appropriate solutions, process restockable products to ensure proper stock reconciliation within the system.
Other tasks as arranged by line manager (10%).

• Lead Time inbound and outgoing deliveries 95%
• Timeline issue or complain: 16h working day.
c. Interdepartmental communication
• What are the primary people contacts in this job? With whom? What purpose?
• How Often?
• Supply Chain team: Report daily/weekly/monthly
• COO/CEO: follow job requirements as needed
• MKT, Finance: Cooperate to planning or buildup events, training, solving guest issue
III. REQUIREMENT
d. Qualifications:
• What skills, expertise, or behavioral traits are needed to succeed in this position?
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers,
shippers, and customers.
• Sourcing skills & saving cost skills.
• Time management
• Experience in the setup warehouse is an advance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Thorough understanding of company products and logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
e. Required experience & education:
• What is the education or work experience needed to qualify for this position?
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a warehouse & logistic executive, or similar relevant position is required.
