Mô tả công việc
Key duties: Manage warehouse operation to provide excellent services to customers as a part of Murata's supply chain management in Vietnam.
Responsibility:
• Daily warehouse management:
- Cooperate with 3PL Warehouse Supervisor and MEV Customer support team to handle IN-OUT shipment, solve problem when occur.
- Well understand warehouse SOP and setting, data in systems
- Analyze reports from 3PL and communicate proactively with related teams for improvement
- Keep stable supply chain performance and continuous improvement
• Stock and packing material management:
- Proceed stock take activity to control stock of goods
- Monitor packing material usage and purchase with contracted supplier
• Sales admin tasks:
- File document from shipments
- Check and verify monthly cost
- Fix asset control and maintenance arrangement
• Cooperate with internal/external parties to support Asean/global project for improvement/innovation
• Other task or report assigned by superior
Yêu cầu
1. Reporting route
• Report to Leader & Manager
2. Education and skills required
• Age: 23- 25
• University graduation, major related to Logistic or Supply chain management
• At least 1 year working experience in Logistics or Supply chain management field
• Computer literate (MS Excel, Words, PPT & etc)
• Ability to work in English, both written and spoken
