Management of Warehouse Operation
- Plan and organize the warehouse operation between warehouses (Storage Location, Manpower, Working Schedule, SOP/Workflow, Working System/Shift etc.) and carry out.
- Instruct the WH staff on the daily operation and monitor the progress of the operation
- Ensure to make/complete accurate, safe and in-time operation in the warehouse activities
- Ensure to make, file and update SOP
- Ensure to maintain the warehouse facility in good condition
- Prevent accidents in the warehouse
Provide Good Customer Service
- Ensure to provide good customer service with customers
- Create cooperation and iron out with Sales, CS, HPH office and HCM branch for smooth handling of cargo
- Ensure to solve problems/complaints from customers
Sales Support
- Support sales team to develop WH business (such as design operation plan, PL calculation, etc.)
Operating Expenditures Control
- Make budget of WH Team
Arrange the space, facilities, equipment, manpower and any resources for the warehouse operation in the most effective way (to save cost).
Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure that WH Team run well, and create a good team work for smooth operation to avoid any mistakes and/or any claims by customers.
- Create customer oriented mind in WH Team.
Compliance Assurance
- Follow up the company's policy by yourself and instruct the staff to comply with it
- Ensure that WH team follow SOP
Operational Efficiency
- Improve the efficiency of work in WH team.
- Raise/improve the organizational ability of WH team.
- Make support/backup system in WH team.
Timeliness and accuracy on report
- On-time reporting
Development of staff
- Make plan of training and educating the staff to be equipped with skills & knowledge to do daily operation and to solve irregularities and carry out
- Maximize staff skills & potential through encouragement, empowerment and a motivating environment.
