Warehouse Manager

• Develop warehouse operations systems by setting up layout and space management, determining storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory and shipping methods.
• Timely supplying exact quantity of materials and based on requirements for fabricating, ensuring materials & tools to be in good condition for using.
• Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures
• Planning, organizing and controlling of Warehouse's and Loading's over-all operations.
• Managing stock in terms of the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods, document recording and data entry into system.
• Promoting constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse/ loading administration.
• Managing headcount and co-operating with HR to evaluate yearly performance appraisal, carry out position evaluation and conduct probation analysis.
• Implementing cost reduction principles in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.
