• Plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee all warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC department to inspect incoming materials and finished goods.
• Ensure the quantity and quality of raw materials and finished goods in inventory.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse in a systematic, clean, and efficient manner in accordance with 5S standards.
• Supervise warehouse safety programs and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the Planning department to ensure efficient material issuance, sufficient supply for production, and optimized storage space.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts, ensure data accuracy, and report to the Accounting department.
• Review and develop (when necessary) warehouse procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
• Update and maintain daily inventory data in the warehouse management system.
• Manage material flow between production departments in line with 5S standards.
• Ensure FIFO compliance; develop, implement, and evaluate SOP effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning,
Purchasing, Finance, Customs, and Logistics on cross-functional operations and productivity improvement.
