Mô tả công việc

1. Supervise warehouse operation team, assign tasks and control works done by warehouse staffs, shift team leaders.
2. Manage and control the respect of FG warehouse processes, shipments, take corrective actions, work independently.
3. Planning and procurement of FG operations, packing, shipping, inventory control. Performance with managerial functions, problem solving and organization skills.
4. Compliances to the safety requirements and 5S rule in warehouse.
5. Monitor and improve warehouse operation KPI. Use and master in software system (SAP, WMS, ifuse, MS Office,..).
6. Work and co-operate with all related teams and other departments for related tasks.

Yêu cầu

1. Educational background: University degree in relevant field
2. Experiences: Typical 2-4years warehouse (Material/shipping/kitting), inventory control, shipping experience, fully competent. Uses functionally specific knowledge.
3. Skills: Good in communication both in English, Vietnamese & presentation, Chinese (advantage). Team leading, management about person, warehouse flow, making plan, building process, training & monitoring. Software skill at SAP, WMS, Inventory management.
