Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods, inventory control, and the implementation of safety and quality standards. Warehouse Operations Management:
• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing raw material, tools....

Staff Supervision:

• Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse employees and ensure that they are completed within the designated timeframe.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to warehouse staff to enhance their performance and skills.
Inventory Control and Management:
• Perform regular inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to manage stock rotation and prevent obsolete stock.
• Manage inventory reports, track product movements, and maintain proper documentation.
Safety and Compliance:
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure all warehouse operations are compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments, ensuring that all staff follow proper procedures.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with all relevant environmental and safety regulations.
Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and warehouse activities.
• Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and shipping schedules for management review.
