Wind Farm Operation Director / 运营经理--风电项目

*** 要求
· Native Chinese candidates who are currently living in Vietnam or willing to relocate to Vietnam, able to use Vietnamese is a plus
· Bachelor or above of Electricity or Engineering degree.
· Minimum of 5 years of related experience at the same position with knowledge of wind farms operation.
· Strong knowledge of power plant maintenance and operations, familiarity with the scientific process, data and failure analysis.
· Strong knowledge of legal procedures in renewable energy projects.
· Strong ability in scheduling and planning and the flexibility to maintain such as conditions changes
· Excellent leadership and influence skills;
· Strong initiative and drive for high achievement and continuous improvement
· Excellent written and verbal communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills required.
· Strong computer skills with experience on the MS Office
· Working well under pressure
· Willing to travel
· 中文流利,中国籍优先;
· 教育背景:本科及以上学历,电力、电气系统、工程专业;
· 至少 5 年类似职位经验;
· 了解风电项目的实施和运营,具有数据分析和处理事故或错误发生的经验;
· 了解可再生能源领域的法律程序;
· 良好的计划能力,同时根据实际经营情况积极主动灵活;
· 在电力市场、能源投资,尤其是可再生能源方面的知识和经验;
· 管理和领导能力;
· 良好的沟通、谈判和表达能力;
· 熟练使用MS Office软件;
· 能够在高压下工作;
· 可以出差。
