As the Workflex Leasing Manager for Shared Office Operations at Workflex Lotte Center Hanoi , Workflex Pacific & Workflex Lotte Mall, you will oversee the overall management and strategic direction of the Workflex - shared office center. Your leadership will ensure seamless operations, foster team spirit, and drive
business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
a. Shared Office Leasing Management (Workflex)::
- Oversee all aspects of Shared Office leasing operations at Lotte Center Hanoi, Lotte Mall & Pacific
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
b. Shared Office Operations (Workflex):
- Lead sales, operations, and business development initiatives for the Workflex - shared office brand of Lotte Group.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies to enhance coworking space utilization.
c. Leadership:
- Manage and mentor team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team capabilities and service delivery.
d. Market Consultation:
- Consult with the Board of Directors (BOD) on market trends, competitive analysis, and potential business development opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive market research reports to inform strategic decisions.
e. Performance Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze leasing performance metrics, preparing regular forecasts and budget reports for review by the BOD.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies to enhance leasing effectiveness.
f. Additional Responsibilities:
- Undertake other tasks and special projects as assigned by the BOD, contributing to the overall success of Workflex.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience (6 years minimum) in office leasing, property management, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in market research and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with coworking models and customer relationship management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
