我們對驗證的客戶組織履行保密的承諾,未經授權不對其它單位洩露客戶組織有關生產技術及經營管理等有關客戶組織營運之一切資訊。且具有完善的受理及處理來自申請方或其他方面有關 ARES 驗證或其他相關事項的申訴、抱怨和爭議之政策和程序。ARES 接受和配合認證機構的認證、同儕審查和社會各關注方的追查。

We fulfill our commitment to confidentiality to verified customer organizations and will not disclose any information about the customer organization's production technology and business management to other units without authorization. And it has complete policies and procedures for accepting and handling appeals, complaints and disputes from applicants or other parties regarding ARES verification or other related matters. ARES accepts and cooperates with certification bodies, peer reviews, and follow-up by all concerned parties in society.
