Power Construction Corporation of China (abbreviated as POWERCHINA) is a large state-owned enterprise directly supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council. It ranks 105th on the Fortune Global 500 list. The Group's business covers the entire industry chain, including energy and power, water resources and hydropower, new energy, transmission and transformation, infrastructure, urban and environmental engineering, equipment manufacturing, as well as investment and operation. POWERCHINA is a globally leading integrated construction group in clean energy and infrastructure.

The Group possesses full "investment-construction-operation" integrated capabilities, with a complete technical system spanning planning, surveying, design, construction, and operation. These projects span hydropower, thermal power, wind power, solar power, and waste-to-energy.

POWERCHINA has successfully completed several landmark projects in Vietnam, including the Son La Hydropower Plant (2,400 MW), Trung Son Hydropower Plant (2,400 MW), Phu Lac I Wind Farm (24 MW), Can Tho Waste-to-Energy Plant (7.5 MW), Ba Ria-Vung Tau Solar Power Complex (500 MW), Duyen Hai 1, 2, 3 Thermal Power Plants (7x622 MW), and the Bac Lieu and Tra Vinh Offshore Wind Farms. It has become the largest renewable energy contractor in Vietnam and the No. 1 international engineering company in the hydropower sector.

The Group has representative offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, as well as project offices in more than ten provinces. POWERCHINA continues to promote the development of clean energy and green infrastructure in Vietnam, contributing to the country's energy transition and sustainable development.
