o Partner with the SalesDirector and DepartmentHeads to plan and execute annual headcount requirements, ensuring alignment with business priorities and resource optimization.
o Partner with Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure best employment service for employees including but not limited to training, pay, administration & facilities.
This position will report directly to the CompanyCOO and manage its activity as a dedicated BusinessUnit (KPI, revenues, resources, budget, and P&L).
The FOREIGNKEYACCOUNTREPRESENTATIVE will maintain appropriate and necessary relations with local government authorities and promote trade between the Territory business and Korean industries as well as business groups.
