主要工作 / Key Responsibilities
根据客户需求开发、筛选合适供应商
Source and screen suitable suppliers based on customer needs
协助评估供应商产能、质量与合作条件
Assist in evaluating supplier capacity, quality, and cooperation conditions
参与采购条款和价格谈判,控制成本
Participate in negotiating purchase terms and prices to control costs
跟进样品开发、确认及生产进度,保障准时交付
Follow up on sample development, approval, and production progress to ensure on-time delivery
协助管理供应商表现和产品质量
Assist in managing supplier performance and product quality
收集市场信息,支持产品推荐与开发
Conduct market research to support product recommendations and development
完成上级安排的其他采购相关工作
Perform other procurement-related tasks assigned by the team leader
任职要求 / Qualifications
本科及以上学历
Bachelor's degree or above
1-3年采购或供应链相关经验
1-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain
沟通协调能力强,愿意参与谈判
Strong communication and coordination skills; willing to participate in negotiations
能处理多项任务,有时间管理意识
Ability to handle multiple tasks with good time management
细心负责,关注产品质量
Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a focus on product quality
中文流利,中文为必备工作语言
Fluent in Chinese; Chinese is a required working language
