Key Responsibilities
Sales activities with domestic customers for steel products and raw materials (iron ore, coking coal, ferro alloys):
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable commercial solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and sales contracts.
• Coordinate import-export transactions with Headquarters.
• Monitor contract execution, delivery schedules, and payment collection.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, competitors, and customer demand.
• Keep up to date with trade regulations, customs policies, and tariffs affecting import-export activities.
2, Trade Support Specialist (Junior Level)
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor contract execution from signing through delivery completion and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support import-export transactions in coordination with Headquarters.
• Prepare periodic reports on contracts, sales performance, and receivables.
• Collect, update, and analyze market information, pricing, and trade policies.
• Monitor import-export regulations, tariffs, and customs policies related to steel and raw materials.
• Assist in documentation, order confirmation, delivery scheduling, and internal coordination.
