About This Role
Responsibility 1: Provide 2D Assets & UI Assets for the Game: Design and deliver 2D assets (characters, environment, props, artwork...) per Art Director guidance
Create and export UI assets (icons, buttons, HUD, interface frames, popups...) ensuring UI consistency
Export assets correctly, optimize size/specifications for game and marketing use
Responsibility 2: Execute Assigned Tasks: Complete project tasks assigned by Leader/Art Director (UI and non-UI tasks)
Proactively share knowledge, support, and guide team members
Own progress and quality of assigned work
Responsibility 3: Communicate - Collaborate - Complete the Project: Propose workflow improvements and enhancements
Coordinate with Lead 2D Artist, Art Director, 2D/3D Teams, and Game Designers
Participate in meetings, reviews, and incorporate feedback
What we're looking for
Knowledge
Good aesthetics; understanding of color, composition, visual identity, UI flow
Character and environment design & concept
Exporting 2D assets and UI standards for mobile/PC games
Multiple artstyles capability
UX/UI in games (layout, readability, player flow)
Software: Photoshop, Illustrator (knowing Figma/Adobe XD is a plus)
Time management and game production knowledge
Skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to research artstyle/UI trends
Quick learning capacity
Creative, refined, meticulous UI handling
Other Requirements
Knowing Spine 2D animation is a strong advantage
Sociable, dynamic, trend-aware
Understanding of Unity (importing UI, sprite, atlas, slicing) is a strong plus
Passionate about games and willingness to learn
Experience
Minimum 2 years as a 2D Artist
UI asset creation or game UI layout experience (major advantage)
Previously produced 2D assets for games
