1. Professional Responsibility
1.1 Design course materials and curriculum
Review and adapt all course materials and teaching curriculum in order to well respond to the education market demand.
Be responsible and directly involved in the process of developing new course materials and teaching curriculum for the Center.
1.2 Teacher Management
Introduce English teacher sources to the Center
Organize teacher recruitment, observe and evaluate teachers
Develop training program and train English teachers about GPA courses materials and curriculum
Regularly assess and design teacher management process
Ensure all English courses are undertaken by qualified and stable teachers
Organize weekly meetings with teachers to ensure teaching process and quality control tools are properly applied
1.3 Management training quality
Design process to ensure the training quality for all courses
Monitor and control training quality, adjust teaching curriculum & materials and ensure teachers to make changes if needed
Attend weekly meeting with other team members & Center Director as well to discuss and improve the teaching and learning quality
1.4 Teaching: Teach some classes in the Center (if required)
1.5 Supporting the training for Company ( In specific issue): Deliver some trainings for other staff in the center when necessary (specific topics).
2. General Responsibilities
Promote and introduce the company's products and services at any suitable time;
Finish other tasks assigned by the center director.
