In modern education, school systems are becoming increasingly important to the modernization of learning and operations. Algorithmics is seeking an up-and-coming systems professional to administrate and streamline our Academic administration system.
The successful candidate will be well-organized, demonstrate attention to detail, and have excellent communication skills.
1. Systems Maintenance & Compliance:
Take ownership of operational sheets and management reporting to ensure successful operation across all campuses.
Coordinate with Sales and service members to ensure the system runs in compliance with company procedures including but not limited to: renewals, parent payments, students starting dates, course management, and customer service.
Take ownership of Backoffice data compliance and ensure effective management reporting for Academic Leadership & the Board of Management. They are responsible for ensuring effective data collections and transmission across all campuses for relevant employees to ensure systems compliance.
Resolve systems compliance issues (e.g. missing information, class grouping).
Develop and deliver training on how to maintain company systems and Backoffice information.
Monitoring of customer service performance on delivering the parents' service journey and sharing reporting with the Academic management.
2. Operations:
Monitor campuses payroll with HR
Monitor Academic Resources Manager with class scheduling
Implementing and monitoring inventory of academic materials with all campuses. Coordinating with HR Department for procurement of new materials as necessary
Participate in organisation of school events
Requirements:
Excel and Google Suite - highly skilled; systems proficiency in LMS or CRM systems desired
Well organised, attentive to detail and proactive in problem solving
Good at learning new systems technologies
Verbal and written English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5 (no certification required, CV must be in English)
