Account Executive - Events & Activations (HCM)

1. Account service:
- To work within the team to achieve the sales target.
- Plan and coordinate the logistics arrangement for project build-up and tear down.
- Dealing with clients on their request and solve their enquiries effectively.
- Periodical progress reports to Manager.
- To ensure profitability of project and collections.
- To look after client needs including after sales services.
- To look carry out duties in a responsible manner to ensure long term interest of the company and clients.
- All projects must be well managed to ensure high quality finishes, right ambience and on-schedule completion.
- To uphold personal honestly and integrity in performing your daily duties and to safeguard the company's confidentially.
2. Operations:
- Monitor site and manage daily work progress until site is satisfactorily handover.
- Prepare all necessary submission and deposits to government departments and building owners and landlords.
- Periodic site supervision and monitoring of project progress.
- Educating and ensuring workers' awareness and understanding of construction works as well as equipment and tools handling.
- Able to work in a team and coordinate with contractor and site personnel in a project.
- To lead, coordinate and control all workers and sub-contractors at site and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the contract requirements, drawings, specification and project's time schedule.
