Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in new business sales and meeting business goals.
Ability to communicate in Italian and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in planning, delivering and executing
digital marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through tactical focus and execution.
Understanding of the online advertising industry and local market with insights into both digital and traditional media.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy.
Ability to be stand-alone, comfortable with ambiguity, and grow in a team environment
Ability to pitch advertising solutions for all clients with excellent communication and influencing skills.
