Mô tả công việc

- Take brief from client
- Brainstorm ideas and support Strategy & Planning team in writing proposals
- Prepare materials and equipment for the client pitch
- Prepare master timeline after checking Production & Design's internal timeline
- Support Project Leader to make quotation
- Prepare a checklist based on quotation's items
- Liaise between the client and all third parties involved in, ensuring a timely completion of projects
- Work closely with the project team to ensure client's satisfaction
- Represent the company at event onsite to take care clients and ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner
- Lead some parts of event execution assigned by Project Leader
- Prepare final report to client after projects
- Do paperwork exactly and timely (contract, payment, etc.)
- Report to Account Manager on a weekly basis
- Other tasks assigned by Account Manager

Yêu cầu

- BA degree in Marketing, Foreign Language, Business Administration, Communications
- At least 2 years' experience in similar position in agency
- Passionate, collaborative, outgoing, proactive and creative
- Proficient in verbal and written communications in both English and Vietnamese
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Express) and Internet tools
- Good understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients at high level
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under high pressure

Salary: deal.

Leave days: 12 days per year.
Work from home day: 1 day per week.
