I-With Client
Communicate with Client
Support preparing, presenting proposals to clients and handling objections successfully via identifying the decision-maker, client's internal situation and way of working.
Building & maintaining good relationships with existing clients & potential clients.
Preparing & presenting social market reviews weekly and monthly.
Preparing & presenting the campaign weekly report & monthly report & final report.
Handling the daily operations of a social campaign account executive/social executive.
II-Internal
Execute IMC projects/ campaigns from the pitching phase to run project and report/ liquidation.
Ensuring completion of projects as committed to clients. Developing or managing a team to develop a project plan in consultation with other teams to specify a detailed action timeline, checklists, PIC and other resource allocation required.
Managing self and/or team by closely working with internal teams to solve daily project progress, quality problems and solve in promtly.
Ensuring implementation of the project is compliant with the standard working process of the company.
Assisting manager and board management team with training and coaching for other junior-level assigned.
Preparing for debriefing session, shooting session, internal brainstorm session, campaign review session if needed.
Assist Finance Department with finance process for Clients.
IV. Requirement
- Currently pursuing Degree in in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field (Journalism, Languages, International Relations, Foreign Trade, etc.)
- At least 2-3 years' experience in related job
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), and other related programs.
- Communication and product/planning skills
- Proactive, Multitasking, Detail-oriented, Result-oriented, Responsible.
- Management (Plan-do-check-act) principles & leadership.
- Presentation & persuasion.
- Project management & customer service's mindset.
Proficiency in English (intermediate) & Vietnamese.
