Role Overview
As an Account Intern, you will support the Account team in coordinating e-commerce and social commerce campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for influencer and
digital marketing projects.
1. Job Description:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are delivered on time
Assist in working with external partners (KOLs, operations team, suppliers, production houses, etc.) for campaign execution
Track campaign progress, identify potential issues, and escalate to Line Manager when needed
Support checking, consolidating, and summarizing weekly/final campaign reports from partners
Assist in arranging internal meetings, preparing documents, and handling basic paperwork
Support other ad-hoc tasks related to account management and campaign operations
2. Job Requirements:
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Communication, Marketing, Economics, E-commerce, or related fields
Strong interest in E-commerce, Social Commerce, or Influencer Marketing
Positive "can-do" attitude with willingness to learn and take ownership
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic to good skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google tools
Able to work full-time for 3-6 months
English: Able to read, write, and communicate at a working level
(Good-to-have: IELTS 6.0 or equivalent)
