We are looking for a smart, innovative Account Intern who will deliver truly integrated digital solutions, exceptional client satisfaction and of course revenue growth across multiple accounts in across APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management ensuring revenue and client satisfaction KPI's are achieved
Persuasive and confident approach to digital ideas that support broader brand strategy with an awareness of end to end services.
Drive revenue growth, profitability and identifying opportunities for cross-sell.
Building and maintaining excellent key operations and senior client relationships.
Work closely with the internal resources to develop strategic thinking for account planning and new opportunities including timely reporting.
Develop a detailed understanding of HHG service offering, be able to identify opportunities and lead presentations of responses and pitches to the client.
Stay tuned into new digital trends, industry innovation through self-managed research and learning, as well as participating in HHG coordinated learning activities.
Requirements:
Consultative approach to building client relationships. Able to extract insights and developing a true understanding of clients' future business needs and challenges.
To act as a point of escalation for all client queries.
Proven account management experience with organizations across a variety of channels.
Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills at a Senior Client level.
Highly proficient time management and organization skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are required (both internally and externally) and the ability to create and deliver presentations, manage new business proposals and communicate like a boss.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate caliber or equivalent business experience.
Demonstrated knowledge in digital solutions and marketing and strong commercial awareness.
Fluency in English is essential.
