Account Intern

Job Purpose:
The PR Account Intern is responsible for managing operation of PR project. To assist the PR manager and work with
other teams (creative, planning) to successfully manage projects that exceed client's needs and expectations.'
Key Responsibility:
· Assisted all administrative duties (contacting media,
· payment procedure, sorting documents, etc)
· Supported Account Executives/Managers in several daily tasks, especially during press conferences.
· Prepared statistical reports (market analysis report,media clipping report, event reports, etc)
· Planned, developed, and executed content plan
· Supported the internal team in carrying out PR materials (press releases, advertorials, etc)
· Translated & crafted press kit and media documents from Vietnamese to English, and vice versa
Qualification/ Requirement:
· Final-year student or Fresher who is graduated from Communications/PR/Marketing/... major
· Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Vietnamese), at least IELTS (5.0)
· Acute attention to detail
· Resourceful and innovative
· Creative thinker
· Desire to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
· Quick study with an ability to swiftly deliver results
· Experience in Communications Marketing agencies is a plus
· Have Laptop and be able to work full time (Mon - Fri, 9:00 - 18:30)
