Position Type: 6-month Internship
Working Time: 8.30AM - 6.00PM (Mon - Fri) - full-time working at office requested
Allowance: 4,000,000 VND/month

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Account & Project Support
Support the team throughout project execution: briefing, proposal preparation, execution, reporting, and follow-up.
Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Design, Production, Media...) to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
Support communication with clients, KOLs/KOCs, influencers, and external partners.
Assist in preparing meeting notes, quotations, timelines, and project documents.
Track project progress and support daily account operations.
2. Content & Social Support
Support content creation for social platforms: captions, short-form content, and community posts.
Assist in editing basic short-form videos using tools such as CapCut or Canva.
Work with Creative/Design team to support content production and campaign materials.
Support livestreams, shootings, and activation events when required.
Stay updated on social trends, TikTok trends, and digital culture.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Communications, Marketing, PR, Business, or related fields.
Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and agency environment.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of social platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram.
Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or basic content editing tools is a plus.
Proactive, responsible, willing to learn, and able to work in fast-paced environment.
Good English communication is an advantage.
