About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our key clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships while driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator in English and Chinese (Mandarin), capable of liaising with both regional and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for clients.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, retention goals, and revenue growth.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and proposing tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, technical) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
• Prepare and present regular business reviews, sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates to management and clients.
• Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required.
Yêu cầu
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex client relationships.
Language Skills (Mandatory)
• English: Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English; able to conduct business meetings, negotiations, and prepare professional correspondence and reports.
• Chinese (Mandarin): Strong proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese; able to communicate fluently with Chinese-speaking clients and partners, draft emails, contracts, and proposals in Chinese. HSK 5 or above is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Preferred
• Prior experience working with Chinese, Taiwanese, or Hong Kong-based clients or companies.
