Position: Account Manager Executive Intern
Level: Internship (Full-time)
Location: Di An, HCMC (formerly Binh Duong) - near HCMC National University Village
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Account Managers in managing daily communication and coordination with clients.
Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and meeting materials.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and client solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, production, etc.) to ensure project deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, collect feedback, and support documentation.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Account Manager or Supervisor.
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Basic understanding of marketing, advertising, or client servicing.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
English proficiency is an advantage.
