Mô tả công việc
Serve as the lead point of contact for all clients on account management matters. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and employees.
Developing a technical understanding of our clients' product offering and roles.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the internal team and clients.
Develop well-researched marketing plans/proposals for clients.
Prepare monthly reports on account status on a timely basis.
Monitor the project team to ensure the project is going well.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Participate throughout the end-to-end client serving process: from 1st client meeting to proposal, pitching, on-boarding, and execution.
Manage client expectations of timing to ensure that projects are delivered at the highest quality levels, on time and on budget, while achieving the expected profit for the company.
Deliver multiple projects effectively (from onboarding to ongoing execution): closely monitor performance of projects, responsible for quality and output of internal team problem solving, discussing weekly/ monthly/ end-of-project performance review with clients.

Yêu cầu
Proficiency in English (Especially speaking skills)
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or relevant fields.
Skills & Abilities: MS Office Suite.
Solid understanding of business objectives and ability to translate from business objectives to digital KPIs.
General social awareness about but not limited to economic growth, consumers, culture, etc.
Handling stressful situations and deadline pressure well.
A strong personal interest in 'Marketing'.
In-depth knowledge of the Marketing industry.
Ability to communicate with stakeholders about the local and global markets and challenges/opportunities.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
Detailed-oriented, proactive, patient, good at arranging and following procedures & solving problems.
Confident and have the ability to present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
