Cốc Cốc is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to grow strategic partnerships with Advertising & Marketing Local Agencies and expand the adoption of Cốc Cốc's digital advertising solutions. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for agency partners, helping them unlock campaign performance through innovative media solutions while contributing directly to business growth.
You will work closely with internal product, planning, and operation teams to deliver impactful campaigns for top-tier brands across Vietnam.
Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, creative agencies, and marketing partners.
Act as a trusted advisor to agency planners and buyers on leveraging Cốc Cốc's advertising ecosystem effectively.
Work closely with agencies to understand campaign objectives and translate them into tailored media solutions.
Coordinate campaign execution from briefing to reporting with internal teams.
Ensure smooth communication across all campaign stages: proposal, contracting, implementation, optimization, and post-campaign review.
Lead internal and external meetings to align expectations and timelines.
Manage multiple agency accounts while maintaining service excellence.
Business DevelopmentIdentify new opportunities within assigned agency portfolios.
Expand share-of-wallet from existing agency partners through upselling and cross-selling.
Support agencies in pitching Cốc Cốc solutions to their brand clients.
Track account performance and ensure achievement of assigned revenue KPIs.
Provide regular pipeline updates and revenue forecasts.
At least 2+ years of experience working with advertising agencies, media agencies, publishers, or digital platforms.
Understanding business, products/services, the market of online advertising and
digital marketing is highly desirable.
Existing relationships with agencies is a strong advantage.
Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly accountable.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
