• Deliver sales targets in a compliant manner with all related rules and regulations.
• Provide dedicated support to the Head of Department to ensure all executive and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.
• Contacting potential partners/clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings to promote the Check-up arrangement service.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, and partnerships.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing proposals for clients/partners.
• Coordinating with partner's Medical Providers to prepare the quotation, and proposal to clients.
• Being the Project Leader for the assigned accounts and coordinate with other departments to ensure the client's requirement is reached.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Consolidating sale activities reports and forwarding to Head of Department for critical analysis prior to reporting to headquarter
• Other tasks assigned by the Company.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, Power Point.
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate environment of healthcare,
business development, customer services.
• Solid and hands-on experience in the field of sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication skill in both English & Vietnamese.
• Excellent negotiation skil.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Excellent presentation skills and be able to give professional advice.
