KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive briefs from clients and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
Proactively propose creative ideas or suitable approaches.
Work closely with the Creative Team to develop the most appropriate ideas for each event.
Contribute insights and suggestions during internal meetings.
Oversee the end-to-end event project process, ensuring successful delivery, client satisfaction, and compliance with internal operating standards.
Prepare quotations and budget estimates for the team.
Ensure team members follow company processes and guidelines.
Handle incidents and work with stakeholders to resolve arising issues.
Coordinate seamlessly with Finance and Operations Departments on budget-related procedures.
Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve objectives (payments, profitability, client base development, talent growth, and process improvement).
Develop the team through coaching and upskilling.
Evaluate staff performance regularly.
Contribute to the improvement of internal and external workflows.
Act as the main point of contact and take care of assigned clients.
Build client trust through attentive and dedicated service.
Negotiate with clients and internal teams to ensure consistency of approved proposals.
Conduct quarterly/annual surveys to optimize client satisfaction.
Support the Director in approaching new clients to present the company's capabilities.
Collaborate effectively with team members to build creative ideas and strategic directions.
Actively seek out, approach, and build relationships with new potential clients to generate business opportunities.
Collaborate with BOD to prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and negotiate contracts with new clients.
Identify industry trends and potential partners to expand Nina Group's client portfolio.
Contribute to sales targets by developing new accounts while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Minimum of 5 years experience in the event industry, with at least 2 years in a similar position.
Proven track record of managing and leading events with budgets from 1 billion VND or more.
Experience in managing, building, and training teams.
Proactive, responsible, patient, and eager to learn.
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Negotiation and contract management skills.
Ability to identify, develop, and maintain client relationships.
Proficient in presenting ideas, synthesizing data, and preparing reports.
Competent in social media and office software.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop or design software is an advantage.
Basic English communication skills.
