The Role
As an Account Manager, you are the bridge between our clients and our internal teams.
You'll oversee ongoing projects, manage relationships with brands, and ensure every campaign runs smoothly-from concept to delivery.
Your role is both strategic and hands-on: you'll coordinate across departments, track deliverables, handle documentation, and identify new opportunities to expand client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong and trusted relationships.
Oversee project progress, timelines, and deliverables across departments including content, design, product, and development.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and deadlines are achieved.
Collaborate with the administrative and finance team on contracts, red invoices, and payment follow-ups.
Prepare and manage reports, proposals, and campaign summaries for clients.
Identify new opportunities and suggest ways to expand client engagement with Phygital Labs' products.
Ensure clear communication between client and internal stakeholders to keep all projects aligned.
