POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to lead and expand our partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and large private or government organizations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing strategic relationships, driving joint initiatives, and ensuring smooth collaboration across business, technical, and operational teams. This position requires strong relationship management, communication, and project coordination skills, as well as a passion for innovation in the banking and fintech ecosystem.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partner banks, card schemes, and fintech collaborators.
• Manage and coordinate all partner requests including technical, operational, business, and legal matters.
• Work closely with the Product and Technology teams to collect, clarify, and prioritize partner feedback or feature requests.
• Organize and lead regular partner meetings, prepare performance and progress reports, and align on project milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor partner service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Legal, Technical, Operations, Finance) to deliver new products and projects.
• Participate in contract negotiations, drafting, and revisions for partnership and service agreements.
• Understand the strategic objectives of partner institutions and proactively propose tailored products or fintech solutions.
• Support resolution of day-to-day operational issues and maintain strong working relationships with partners.
• Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and evolving models of collaboration between banks and fintech companies.
• Contribute to improving internal workflows and interdepartmental coordination to enhance partner experience and efficiency.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in the payments, fintech, or banking industry.
• Proven track record in managing relationships with commercial banks or financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of bank-fintech collaboration models and digital payment ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in operations, service delivery, or legal contract management is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of technical and IT concepts is a plus.
• Must be Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
• Must communicate very well and clearly in English in order to work with executive management and cooperate with the technology teams.
