The Account Manager is a key bridge between our clients and the internal team, making sure projects are clear, organized, on time, and delivering real business value.
Key Responsibilities
Client Partnership:
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for 4-6 key accounts;
Lead kick-off, status, and review meetings; capture clear action points;
Translate client objectives into actionable briefs and timelines.
Project Management:
Build detailed scopes, budgets, and delivery plans across brand strategy, identity design, campaign roll-outs, and retainer work;
Track hours, costs, and milestones to maintain profitability.
Strategic input:
Work with Strategy and Creative Directors to shape proposals, presentations, and quarterly business reviews;
Spot upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Quality control and quality assurance:
Review all client-facing outputs for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with approved brand guidelines;
Coordinate internal QA checkpoints to catch issues before delivery.
Financial Stewardship:
Own weekly revenue forecasts and monthly invoicing;
Monitor scope creep and negotiate change orders when needed.
Relationship growth:
Map client organizations, nurture multi-level contacts, and secure referral introductions;
Plan and host quarterly client satisfaction sessions.
Must have
3-5 years in account management or project management within branding, creative, or integrated marketing agencies.
Proven track record handling brand identity and 360° rollout projects.
Strong commercial acumen; comfortable building budgets and reading P&L sheets.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Vietnamese and English.
Confident presenter able to simplify complex ideas for C-suite stakeholders.
Competent with agency tools: Microsoft/Google Workspace, Notion/Trello, Figma, or similar.
Nice to have
Experience working with international clients or multi-market rollouts.
Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and reporting dashboards.
Exposure to agile or sprint-based workflows.
Strong eye for visual aesthetics.
Familiarity with ClickUp, Figma or similar tools.
Experience in presentations and workshop facilitation.
