About BCM
At BCM, we create integrated solutions across Creative, Media, Digital Experience, E-commerce, Data and CRM to help brands solve business and consumer challenges.
We are looking for people who are curious, proactive and eager to grow beyond traditional account management - combining strong client partnership with an understanding of how different marketing disciplines work together to drive business results.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of assigned client accounts and projects, acting as the key bridge between clients and BCM's internal teams.
You will be responsible for understanding client business challenges, translating them into clear briefs and actionable solutions, and leading projects from planning through execution.
The role requires strong client leadership, project and commercial management skills, as well as the ability to work across integrated disciplines including Creative, Media, Social, E-commerce, Digital Experience, Data and CRM.
Prior experience in E-commerce, Data or CRM is an advantage but is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
1.Client & Account Management
Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and build trusted, long-term relationships.
Develop a strong understanding of the client's business, brand, category and commercial priorities.
Provide clear, proactive and solution-oriented consultation to clients.
Manage expectations, feedback and decision-making processes effectively.
Identify potential account growth and upselling opportunities based on client needs.
2.Strategic & Integrated Thinking
Understand client briefs and business challenges and work with Strategy, Creative, Media and specialist teams to develop relevant solutions.
Connect different workstreams into a clear integrated approach rather than managing individual deliverables in isolation.
Contribute to proposals, campaign planning and new business pitches.
Challenge briefs constructively and help clients identify opportunities to improve effectiveness.
3.Project Leadership
Lead projects from briefing through delivery, ensuring clear scope, timelines, responsibilities and milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Creative, Strategy, Media, Social, Production, Tech, E-commerce, Data and CRM.
Ensure internal briefs are clear and actionable before work begins.
Monitor project progress, identify risks early and proactively resolve issues.
Maintain quality control across deliverables before client submission.
4.Commercial Management
Prepare and manage quotations, cost estimates and project scopes.
Track project profitability and ensure delivery remains within approved budget and scope.
Manage P&L for assigned accounts with guidance from the Account Director.
Coordinate commercial documentation including PO, contracts, acceptance reports and payment processes.
Identify opportunities to improve account efficiency and profitability.
5.Digital & Business Acumen
Maintain a strong understanding of the evolving
digital marketing landscape.
Understand how Creative, Media, E-commerce, Digital Experience, Data and CRM can work together across the consumer journey.
Be comfortable discussing campaign KPIs, digital performance and business outcomes with clients and internal teams.
Prior exposure to marketplace E-commerce, website/digital platforms, CRM, loyalty or first-party data projects is a strong advantage.
6.Team Leadership
Guide and coach junior account team members in project management, client servicing and communication.
Delegate clearly and provide appropriate direction while maintaining overall accountability for project delivery.
Foster strong collaboration between Account and specialist teams.
Requirements
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Account Management within a Creative, Digital, Integrated or Marketing agency.
Strong experience managing clients and integrated marketing projects independently.
Strong understanding of Creative and Digital Marketing; exposure to Media is preferred.
Experience in E-commerce, Digital Experience, Data and/or CRM is a plus.
Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into clear briefs and solutions.
Strong project management, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
Commercial awareness with experience managing quotations, budgets and project profitability.
Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Proactive, organised and comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to guide or mentor junior team members.
Strong English and Vietnamese communication skills.
