Managed and own assigned marketplace accounts (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktokshop,..), building strong relationships across their operations and commercial teams.
Own account GSV and order-volume targets; develop account plans and forecasts.
Monitor daily Forecast and BAU KPIs, as well as FC and KPIs for campaigns and Big Events (9.9, 11.11, 12.12...).
Ensure delivery performance against SLA and drive corrective action when targets are missed.
Resolve operational incidents end-to-end, coordinating with internal teams (Ops, Product, Tech, Finance) to keep service running smoothly.
Negotiate and renew commercial terms (pricing, take rate, service scope).
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account revenue.
Prepare and deliver weekly performance repor

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B account management, or partner-facing roles.
Experience in e-commerce, last-mile delivery, logistics, or 3PL is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical skills; proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for tracking and reporting account performance.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts during peak campaigns.
Proactive, data-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
Willing to do field work - on-site partner and market visits at least once per week.
Preferred
Prior experience managing e-commerce platform or enterprise accounts.
Familiarity with logistics operations metrics (SLA, success rate, cost per order).
Working English for partner coordination.
