• Support the Head of Department in preparing internal management reports as required by the Board of Directors at the Head Office in Singapore
• Proficient in English to communicate, exchange information, and prepare reports for the Finance Department at Singapore HQ.
• Directly liaise and work with banks, tax authorities, and external partners.
• Review and control accounting data and documents to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Coordinate in reviewing and standardizing internal accounting and financial processes.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors to support overall company operations.
• Based on sales data from Kiot Vietnam software, prepare and issue invoices, and generate daily sales reports.
• Reconcile orders and customer payments from stores with bank statements and update vouchers in MISA accounting software.
• Monitor sales transactions and support stores with data within assigned access limits.
• Manage goods transfer process, check transfer slips on Kiot, and confirm delivery/receipt.
• Verify incoming invoices and input data into MISA accounting software.
• Receive payment documents from departments, check for validity and reasonableness, submit to management and Director for approval, scan and store, submit to Head Office for approval, and create payment orders (UNC).
• Weekly reconcile inventory data between MISA and Kiot Vietnam.
• Check and offset accounts receivable and payable on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, ETC.)
Yêu cầu
Graduated with a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or as a
general accountant.
Proficient in accounting and finance operations, with a solid understanding of current legal regulations.
Good English skills (report writing, email communication, and basic conversation).
Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, independent work.
Sharp problem-solving skills, able to work independently with good communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize important projects
Strong ability to set priorities, plan, organize, and delegate tasks effectively
Demonstrates honesty, attention to detail, and agility in work conduct and task execution
Strong skills in collaboration, communication, persuasion, negotiation, and flexible problem-solving.
