Accountant- Manager

1. Financial Management:
• Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to ensure optimal working capital management.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.
2. Operations Management:
• Oversee the end-to-end operations of the company, including inventory, collections, accounts payable, delivery to customer, and invoicing.
• Manage the import and customs process to import and clear international container shipments.
• Coordinate inland shipments to customers and manage customer orders being delivered on an FOB basis.
• Ensure inventory management and procurement activities are in line with company goals.
3. Team Leadership:
• Lead and manage a team of accounting staff and office professionals
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
4. Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and international standards in all financial and operational activities.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate regular performance reports and analysis to support decision-making.
• Present financial and operational data to senior management and assist in strategic planning.
