Accounting Manager (logistics, freight forwarding, or import/export experience)

Organize, manage, and oversee all accounting and financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with current laws and in alignment with the characteristics of the logistics - forwarding industry.
Develop, implement, and supervise internal financial and accounting policies and procedures, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, cost control, revenue and profit management.
Review and verify the accuracy and legitimacy of accounting documents, contracts, and transactions related to logistics services, transportation, warehousing, import and export activities.
Analyze financial data periodically (monthly, quarterly, annually) to support the Board of Directors in decision-making: evaluating business performance, capital efficiency, cost control, and proposing financial improvement solutions.
Plan and monitor budgets, cash flows, tax reports, and tax finalization (CIT, VAT, etc.), ensuring all tax obligations are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities such as Tax Department, Customs, Auditors, Department of Planning and Investment... regarding inspections, audits, and financial reporting.
Organize periodic asset inventory; monitor the use of assets, tools, goods and assess usage efficiency.
Manage and train the accounting team; assign tasks appropriately to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
Act as a financial advisor to the General Director on cost policy, cash flow management, and financial strategies in the short, medium, and long term.
Ensure confidentiality of financial data, accounting information, and internal controls.
