Accounting Manager, Salary Up to USD 3,000

OVERVIEW:
Summary of the financial operations conducted at MGS Vietnam, accompanied by monthly reports on MGS establishments throughout Asia, including China, India, Indonesia, and Cambodia.
Accounting activities are conducted in Vietnam, whereas the information from other oversea offices consists of brief monthly report summaries.
REQUIRE SKILLS:

Minimum 10 years' experience in accounting
Working experience in global Japanese working culture
JOB DESCIPTION:
IN VIETNAM:
(1) Accounting management:
• Forecast and overseeing actual performance
• Verification of financial results (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
• Handling pricing transfer
• Payment confirmation for each transaction
(2) Audit preparation:
• Internal governance audits
• Accounting audits
(3) Accounting tasks within Vietnam:
• Assistance with the payment process for each individual. (valuation - approval - transaction - expense recording)
• Monthly billing for outsourced services
• Pricing transfer
• Payment confirmation for each transaction
OUTSIDE OF VIETNAM
(1) Verification and summarization accounting tasks beyond Vietnam which is carried out by local managers and accounting staffs in each respective country.
(2) Accounting Management: Consolidation of monthly summaries and the management of forecast versus actual results.
(3) Business travel: Although the frequency is low, there are opportunities to travel to several countries when required.
