岗位职责:
一.Financial Work
1.Audit all sales documents according to accounting subjects, prepare sales accounting vouchers (must have chief accountant certificate).
2.Follow up on customer payments based on sales contracts and shipment records.
3.Audit expense reimbursements for reasonableness and legality per company financial procedures.
4.Audit supplier payment invoices per company financial procedures.
5.Prepare financial analysis reports, providing objective and accurate data for management improvement.
二.Customs Work
1.Responsible for import/export customs clearance of production equipment, molds, raw materials, parts, and finished products.
2.Prepare and audit all customs documents (e.g., bill of lading, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, import license).
3.Maintain effective communication with Vietnam Customs, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics suppliers to ensure timely clearance.
4.Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of customs information.
5.Establish and maintain a complete customs document management system.
6.Operate customs electronic declaration systems and other government online platforms.
7.Handle customs audits, inventory checks, and external audits, prepare required materials, and participate in on-site communication.
一.财务工作
1.依据会计科目,审核销售所有单据,及时编列销售帐会计凭证具备会计长证书;
2.根据销售合同和出货记录,跟进客户回款;
3.依据公司财务管制程序,审核费用报销合理及合法性;
4.依据公司财务管制程序,审核供货商请款票据;
5.编列公司财务分析报告,及时为公司经营管理改善活动提供客观真实的参考数据;
二.关务工作
1.负责公司生产设备、模具、原材料、零配件及成品的进出口报关事宜。
2.准备和审核所有报关文件,包括但不限于提单、发票、箱单、原产地证、进口许可证等。
3.与越南海关、货代、报关行及物流供应商保持有效沟通,确保货物及时、顺利清关。
4.与公司内部采购、仓库、生产、财务等部门紧密协作,确保关务信息的一致性与准确性。
5.建立并维护完整的关务档案管理系统,确保所有单据、凭证齐全、合规、可追溯。
6.操作海关电子申报系统及其他相关政府在线平台。
7.应对海关稽查、盘点及各类外部审计,准备所需资料并参与现场沟通。

1.5+ years accounting experience in Vietnam manufacturing, 2+ years customs experience (injection molding background preferred).
2.Familiar with international accounting standards, able to prepare international reports.
3.Proficient in Vietnam customs procedures, declaration systems, tax policies, and processing 4.trade policies; familiar with HS code classification.
5.Experience handling tax and customs inspections.
6.Proficient in Chinese or English.
7.Vietnamese nationality, college degree or above.
1.具备越南制造型企业5年以上会计工作经验,2年以上关务工作经验,有注塑行业背景者优先;
2.熟悉 出口加工企业Export Processing Enterprise (EPE) 及国际会计准则,可出国际准则报告;
3.精通越南海关流程、报关系统、税收政策及加工贸易政策,熟悉HS编码归类原则。
4.有税务检查、海关检查应对经验;
5.中或英文交流优先;
6.越南籍、大专及以上学历
