- Prepare and record journal entries
- Review all invoices / contracts / PO for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment/receipt
- Assist with month-end close process
- Identifying and prioritizing key risks and assisting with controls monitoring.
- Analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls.
- Cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation.
- Review operating budgets to analyze trends affecting budget needs.
- Other jobs that follow the Chief Accountant and CFO.
Yêu cầu
- Has been working at least 2 years in Accountant & Planning field.
- Finance & Accounting University Degree.
- Fluently in both spoken and written English
- Proficiency in M.S Office and Accounting, ERP (Oracle) system.
- Ability to work under high pressure with tight deadlines;
- Working skills: honest, dynamic, scientifically minded and careful.
- Strong analytical and research skills;
