Mô tả công việc
1- ACCOUNTING
Cash book management:
- Maintain cash book and perform monthly report to Accounting Dept in Hanoi Office
- Checking and prepare payment in cash to vendor and staff claims (if any)
General Accounting
- Prepare invoices and whole set of payment documents for submitting to customers;
- Monitor order fulfilment and support to collect payments
- Checking and prepare payment to vendor and staff claims.
- Checking all accounting documents such as payable and receivable, input and output vouchers.
- Manage AR-AP, ensure to collect AR, make payment on time
- Assist Chief Accountant to prepare relating tax data; liaise with external authorities as requirement
2- ADMIN MANAGEMENT
Office Management:
- General management in Hanoi and other offices (if any) including renovation.
- Company outings, meetings, seminars, events, teambuilding, etc...
- To liaise with insurance company or broker for loss and damage;
- Booking tickets, restaurant, order food for company party, birthday party for employee
- Collect invoices and Make payments for insurance, sale expense, mobile phone, water, rental fee, service for office, internet, office Phone, taxi, grap, printing, courier fee, company car expense
Management legal company documents:
- To follow up investment license and other legal documents for all offices, depots;
- To keep and fill legal company documents;
- To certify company document
Prepare visa and work permit, temporary resident card for foreigners in company
To implement other works as authorized by BOM

Yêu cầu
ü Bachelor degree in Accounting & Finance
ü Have experience in Administration management
ü Have experience in working for Japan company (advantage)
ü Good organizational and leadership skill
ü Good presentation skill
ü Good interpersonal skills
ü Good communication in English
