Mô tả công việc
1. Managing daily office operations:
Be responsible for maintaining smooth and compliant administration operations in the HCMC Office and support the branch offices if necessary;
Be responsible and supervise the implementation of arrangements for the office including space arrangement (meeting room, staff working area, kitchen, storage...), handling office supplies, EMS service, stationery, equipment, furniture, transportation, arrangement of meetings, and other related activities;
Ensure daily cleaning, office hygiene, and safety and security measures in the office;
Implement the office maintenance for the glass doors, walls, ventilation, and maintenance of all equipment in the office such as air conditioners, printers, photocopiers, tables and chairs;
Organize the office decoration for special events, celebrations, or campaigns;
Prepare monthly budget forecast related to admin and develop a yearly budget for admin activities;
Arrange and maintain the filing system in the HCMC Office.
2. Asset management:
Ensure compliance for asset management by policies and procedures;
Perform annual asset & report for inventory, update the asset list, and maintain the asset labels and asset code;
Resolve all issues that arise about administration management;
Other tasks assigned by the HRM.

Yêu cầu công việc
Have minimum 02 years of experience as a similar position;
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field;
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness;
Resourceful, problem-solving ability and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies;
Teamwork player, can-do attitude and fast learner;
Have a Laptop;
Nice to have: English.
