In charge of paper work for contract, termination notice, liquidation, payment... with local suppliers, partners, customers
Responsible of receiving information from Sales Team to ensure all information are made, updated (customer data, KPI, target, product margin, selling price, promotion) in the system.
Follow up and record documents with Internal Process and Documents in hard & soft copies
Support Teams and cooperate with other departments to ensure efficient function.
Summarize and track payment progress (if any)
Prepare Monthly, Weekly Report: Sales Report, Stock Report, Data Report
Other tasks are required by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
College degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Business, etc.
Having under 1 year of working experience in Sales Admin, Sales Support, Sales Support Intern/ Associate.
Strong contract review skills.
Well organized and good follow up on multi-tasks.
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office especially Excel)
Good command in written and spoken English.
Careful, proactive and reliable.
Dynamic, supportive as Can Do attitude.
Team spirit.
