1. Documentation, Archiving, and Records Management (25%)
• Receiving and Handling Official Documents: Receiving, classifying, mailing and delivering to department or related person; Type, scan, and file Document-In & Out timely and as requested.
• Arranging courier, sorting & distributing post and controlling monthly postage.
• Records Archiving: Organize, arrange, and scientifically store the company's critical records, official documents, materials, and contracts (both hard and soft copies) for easy retrieval.
2. Office Asset and Facility Management (30%)
• Stationery and Equipment: Plan, propose purchase, distribute, and manage the usage of office supplies and stationery.
• Maintenance and Repair: Contact suppliers and technicians to perform periodic maintenance and repair of equipment or address malfunctions.
• Workspace Management: Monitor and check the status of cleanliness in the office, such as meeting rooms, canteen, WC, ... to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Assets and Equipment: Manage and track office assets, machinery, and equipment (printers, copiers, projectors, air conditioners, refrigerator, etc.).
3. Reception and Logistics (35%)
• Reception: Greet, welcome, and guide the guests/ visitors and notify the responsible person in a warm and friendly manner.
• Event and Meeting Logistics: Following up on meeting rooms booking system and preparing meeting rooms (drinks, equipment), and supporting the logistics (setup, catering/meals) for internal meetings, workshops, worship and company events.
• Business Travel: booking flight tickets, hotel rooms, and transportation for employees on business trips.
• Car arrangement: Controlling car booking for employees travelling.
4. Other tasks assigned by Admin Supervisor/ Department Manager (10%)

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in Administration
• English communication
• Microsoft Office
• Prefer candidates living in Bien Hoa City, open to support work outside of working hours.

** Workplace: Amata Service Center, Long Binh Ward, Dong Nai Province (sometimes can support work in Long Thanh office).
** Working Time: 8:00 - 16:30, Mon - Sat (Employee can work from home on Saturday if there is no training, event or any request from the department).
