Admin Staff is responsible for performing administrative tasks as regularly assigned and authorized by the higher superior to provide effective administrative services that best serve business daily operation and employee experience.
• Handle Work Permit-related matters, including but not limited to preparing documents for new and renewal Work Permits, Visas, and Temporary Residence Cards (TRCs); maintain records of legal documents and licenses for expatriates.
• Maintain and safeguard important company legal documents and prepare documentation for amendments or updates when required.
• Issue internal announcements, notices, memorandums, and other administrative communications. Prepare and maintain standard administrative templates and forms.
• Manage the issuance, modification, and cancellation of the company seal in compliance with company regulations.
• Manage and monitor the company's facilities, equipment, fixtures, security, ancillary items, etc. in use. Control of fixed assets of the Company, equipment maintenance and problems arising when there are failures.
• Handle the procurement, storage, and distribution of company stationery, forms, ledgers, and related administrative supplies.
• In charge of vehicle dispatcher, manage and issue gasoline & diesel tickets for company vehicles to ensure company vehicles are properly used and comply with law and company rules.
• Manage meeting room reservations and usage in accordance with company regulations.
• Handle the receipt, dispatch, and distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, parcels, and courier deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
Yêu cầu
► Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in administrative management or equivalent.
• At least 01 year's related experience.
• Detailed oriented and service mind-set.
• Experience in supporting cross-functional teams, interacting effectively with all levels of the company.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Timing management skills.
• Planning skills.
• Good documented-computer skills.
• Intermediate English skills in communicating by speaking, writing, listening, and reading.
► Working conditions and benefits:
• Working Place: Bluesky Office, 01 Bach Dang, Tan Son Hoa Ward (formerly Ward 2, Tan Binh District), HCMC.
• Working time: 8:00 - 17:35 Monday - Friday (Closed Saturday & Sunday).
• Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time).
• Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus).
• Annual Salary Increase: once per year.
• Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October).
• Work From Home: 2 days/week applicable after 6 months of working.
• Insurance: 24 hours' Accident Insurance, 100% Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance.
